memberships & Passes

policies

Availability. Memberships, single month plans, drop-in passes, and class packs can be used for all yoga, meditation, and sound bath classes except workshops, series classes, or any other pre-registered courses or events.

Grand Membership starts on the date of purchase. Grand Membership plan is on auto-renew until cancelled by the purchaser. To cancel, please contact Sarah at hello@crownyoga.co. Memberships are non-transferable, non-refundable and may not be shared.

Intro Offer is $49 for two (2) weeks of unlimited yoga. Intro Offer starts on the date of purchase. Purchaser may cancel but will be neither issued a prorated nor full refund. To cancel, please contact Sarah at hello@crownyoga.co. Memberships are non-transferable, non-refundable and may not be shared.

Ten-Class Pack starts on the date of purchase. Ten-class packs are non-transferable, non-refundable and may not be shared. Ten class packs expire after 12 months. Ten-class packs are “use it or lose it”: classes still on the pack at expiration may not be rolled over, credited, transferred, or cashed in. Ten-class packs are non-transferable, non-refundable and may not be shared.

Drop-In pass begins on the date of purchase. Drop-in pass is a one-time purchase. It is non-transferable, non-refundable and may not be shared. Clients registered for a class with the drop-in and no-show will forfeit the pass.

Community Class is free with a suggested donation, which will benefit Crown Yoga’s charity of the quarter.

Waivers. A waiver must be signed before clients are eligible to practice yoga at the studio. If a waiver has not been signed when you arrive to class, your teacher will help you get it signed.

Financial Assistance. If you need financial support to access Crown Yoga, reach out to hello@crownyoga.co. We are happy to help and make yoga accessible to everyone!

Rate Changes. We reserve the right to change our rates, fees, and discounts at any time.

CancellationS & RefundS

Plans Cancellations. Plans may be canceled anytime without penalty, unless otherwise indicated in this policy. Cancellation requests can be made by emailing Sarah Espe at hello@crownyoga.co at least seven (7) business days before the next auto-renewal charge.

Refunds. Refunds are not provided or prorated for cancelled memberships, intro offers, class packs, or drop-in passes.

ClassES

Policies

Class Start Time. Classes start on time. To respect the safety, time, and focus of teachers and students, late arrivals will not be admitted after class start time and will be considered “no-show” for the class, resulting in a $15 late cancellation charge (see Class Cancellation & Refund Policy, below).

Creating an Account. Clients must create an account to pay for and attend class. Best practice is to create an account on our website before you arrive for your first class. Creating an account on-site takes 5-10 minutes, so please arrive early if needed.

Electronics & Personal Belongings. Please leave all electronics and personal belongings in the entry. Electronics should be turned off.

COVID-19 and Illness. Do not attend class at the studio if you are feeling unwell, or if you’ve been around someone with Covid.

Cancellations & Fees

Booked classes may be cancelled using the Walla app (view directions).

Grand Membership, Founder’s Membership, or Intro Offers

2-Hour Cancellation Window. Out of respect for the class instructors time and other students who want to attend class, we ask that clients who wish to cancel a booked class do so at least two hours prior to the start of the booked class. Clients who cancel a class within the required two hour cancellation window will see a $15 fee charged to the card on file.

No-Shows. A no-show is defined as a class booked by a client that the client does not show up for. Clients who no-show for a booked class will see a $15 fee charged to the card on file.

CLASS PACKS AND DROP-IN PASSES

2-Hour Cancellation Window. Out of respect for the class instructors time and other students who want to attend class, we ask that clients who wish to cancel a booked class do so at least two hours prior to the start of the booked class. Clients on class packs or drop-in passes who cancel a class within the required two hour cancellation window will lose the class. No refunds.

No-Shows. A no-show is defined as a class booked by a client that the client does not show up for. Clients on class packs or drop-in passes who no-show for a booked class will lose the class. No refunds.

Workshops & Series classes

Payment. Pre-payment in full is required at the time of registration unless otherwise specified or agreed upon. Credit will only be given for cancellations one (1) week prior to a workshop if it is given by a regular studio instructor. No refunds.

For visiting guest teacher workshops, cancellations must be made at least two (2) weeks prior to the workshop to receive credit. No refunds.

If Crown Yoga cancels a workshop or series, a full credit or refund will be issued.
