    Experience: All Levels

    Each Hatha class will typically include meditation, pranayama (breath work), foundational asana (postures), and savasana (yogic rest). Modifications are offered to accommodate all levels.

  • Kundalini

    Experience: All Levels

    Explore Kundalini classes for a transformative blend of movement, breathwork, chanting, and meditation. Harmonize your body and mind in a purposeful session designed to unlock your potential. This is a balanced practice that embraces the unique elements of Kundalini, enhances your meditation experience, and provides overall well-being.

  • Daily Meditation

    In this virtual practice, we will meet live daily to learn the proper ways to meditate and discuss the benefits of meditation. If you’re curious about meditation, this is the perfect opportunity to have a dedicated space and time to practice and learn various techniques. Meditations will start small and work up to longer periods of time. Beginners encouraged.

  • Power Flow

    Power Flow is a demanding class where you will flow through poses and explore your edge. This is a vigorous physical practice where advanced postures, arm balances, and inversions are included.

  • Relax (Restore)

    Relax (Restore)

    Experience: All Levels

    Relax, our restorative class, offers an opportunity for relaxation and calm in a variety of ways using props. This class is designed to release tension in your body, reduce stress, and increase mindfulness. Class ends with an extended savasana (yogic sleep).

  • Holistic Sound Lab

    Holistic Sound Lab

    Experience: All Levels

    Each holistic sound lab is a deeply immersive, full-body meditation session. Allow the resonant tones of quartz crystal singing bowls to wash over you, enveloping you in a cocoon of healing vibrations. This mellow journey offers profound relaxation and rejuvenation for your entire being. To enhance your experience, we recommend bringing a yoga mat or cushion to lie on, a cozy blanket to stay warm, and an eye pillow to deepen your connection and focus inward. Embark on a journey of profound relaxation and inner exploration with our sound meditation experience.

  • Slow Flow

    Slow Flow

    Experience: All Levels

    Slow Flow classes offer you a mindful, slow flow of postures as you intentionally unite with your breath. This class will help release stiffness and tension, gain strength and balance in your body, and focus your mind. Modifications are offered to challenge your edge or slow it down.

  • Vinyasa

    Vinyasa

    Experience: All Levels

    Previously known as Flow, our Vinyasa classes offer you an intentional progression of postures linked together with breath. You will elevate your heart rate and build internal heat. Inversions, intermediate postures and arm balances may be offered, and modifications are provided to beginner students.

  • Yin

    Yin

    Experience: All Levels

    Our Yin classes are designed to release tension in your body, reduce stress, improve circulation, and improve range of motion in joints. Your will hold poses for three to five minutes. Advanced students may hold poses longer. Modification are offered.

  • Yinyasa

    Yinyasa

    Experience: All Levels

    Yinyasa is a combination of Yin and Vinyasa (Flow). This class breaks down posture alignment, offering time to pause and reflect, then progresses slowly into flow. You will take your time starting from seated or reclined poses to ease into and slowly awaken your body, while releasing tension throughout. This class allows for restoration, as well as cultivates energy and vibrance.

  • Yoga Nidra

    Experience: All Levels

    Discover deep relaxation in our Yoga Nidra class – a space for true rejuvenation. Let go of stress and immerse yourself in an hour of guided imagery while in savasana. Each session combines easy breathwork, body awareness, and simple guided imagery to unlock inner calm and experience self-discovery.

    Donation-based

    Step into a space of shared connection and well-being with our Community yoga class. Guided by a sense of unity and compassion, this donation-based class offers a tranquil sanctuary for your practice. Flow through gentle postures and centering breathwork, open to all ability levels. With this mindful movement class, you're not only nurturing your own body and spirit but also uplifting those in need. Join us in this serene haven of giving and self-care, where your presence has a profound impact on both yourself and the world around you. Every contribution goes directly to our charity of the quarter.

What level is right for me?

  • Our Beginner level classes are tailored for folks who haven’t practiced or have a little bit of experience. These classes will focus on precise poses and breath techniques. They are gentle while offering a fulfilling challenge for strength development. Perfect if you're low on energy or require a gentle approach due to injury.

  • Intermediate classes are perfect for experienced yogis ready to embrace a deeper challenge. The pace might quicken, and we'll assume you're familiar with the basics. Leveling up, we'll introduce more advanced poses to expand your practice.

    For early intermediate yogis, options are available, so you can approach these poses at your own pace. Remember, it's absolutely fine to skip or modify a pose if that's what feels best for you that day. Your practice, your choice!

  • Advanced classes are a treat for our seasoned yogis with a solid practice history. Expect to tap into your strength, flexibility, and balance. We'll venture into physically demanding poses, and we might give you less step-by-step guidance for the familiar ones.

    Remember, mastering yoga isn't just about the physical stuff. It's also about tuning into your body and embracing the right mindset. Remember our Shared Agreement: Honor your body--variations and tweaks are your allies; they let you own your practice while keeping things safe and enjoyable.

  • Open for all experience levels. You'll receive clear, friendly guidance on breathing techniques and pose alignment. We offer variations for different poses, ensuring everyone's comfort and progress. More advanced yogis may practice more advanced poses. Honor your body, wherever your practice is at.
