Slow Flow classes offer you a mindful, slow flow of postures as you intentionally unite with your breath. This class will help release stiffness and tension, gain strength and balance in your body, and focus your mind. Modifications are offered to challenge your edge or slow it down. This class is all levels.

Session 2: Restorative with Daniel & Sarah | 1:30 PM

Restore, our restorative class, offers an opportunity for relaxation and calm while using props to passively hold your body in gentle poses. Props include blocks, straps, blankets, and bolsters. This class is designed to release tension in your body, reduce stress, and increase mindfulness. Class ends with an extended savasana (yogic sleep). This class is all levels.
