Studio Policies
All policies are effective as of January 15, 2025.

10-Class Pack. The 10-class pass may be used for in-studio and virtual yoga classes, meditation sessions, sound bath sessions and pop-up classes (where applicable). Unlimited guest passes - 1 visit per guest; see our Guest Pass Policy below for complete details.
This class pack may be cancelled by contacting our admin team at hello@crownyoga.co. 10-class packs expire 180 days from purchase. No refunds—full, prorated, or otherwise—are issued for expired, unused, or cancelled passes; no exceptions. Pass pack may not be paused. Passes are non-transferable and may not be shared.
Drop In Pass. The Drop In pass may be used for one in-studio or virtual yoga class, meditation session, sound bath sessions, or pop-up class (where applicable). The Drop In pass must be used within 7 days from the date of purchase. If unused by the seventh day, the Drop In pass is forfeited.
No refunds—full, prorated, or otherwise—are issued on Drop In passes; no exceptions. The Drop In pass is non-transferable and may not be shared.
Educator Pass. This monthly auto-pay membership is exclusively offered to K-12 school staff and faculty, and higher education staff and faulty. Membership includes in-studio and virtual unlimited yoga classes, meditation sessions, sound bath sessions, and pop-up classes (where applicable). Start date begins on the date of purchase. This pass also offers unlimited guest passes - 1 visit per guest; see our Guest Pass Policy below for complete details.
This pass may be ended by contacting our admin team at hello@crownyoga.co at least 30 days before the next auto-renewal charge. Cancellations within that 30-day window will incur a $100 cancellation fee. Pass will be cancelled as of the last day of the current billing cycle unless otherwise requested. No refunds—full, prorated, or otherwise are issued. This pass is non-transferable and may not be shared. Must be able to verify employment at a K-12 or higher ed staff or faculty.
Family Pass. This monthly auto-pay membership offers unlimited in-studio and virtual yoga classes, meditation sessions, sound bath sessions, and pop-up classes (where applicable) to 2 family members within the same household. Additional family members may be added for an additional charge each. Start date begins on the date of purchase. Unlimited guest passes - 1 visit per guest; see our Guest Pass Policy below for complete details.
This pass may be ended anytime after your initial 6 months by contacting our admin team at hello@crownyoga.co. Early cancellations (less than 6 months) will incur a $150 cancellation fee. We require 7 days’ notice to cancel, so plan accordingly. The membership will be cancelled as of the last day of the billing cycle unless otherwise requested. No refunds—full, prorated, or otherwise are issued. Pass may not be paused. This pass is not transferable.
Premier Membership. This monthly auto-pay membership offers unlimited in-studio and virtual yoga classes, meditation sessions, sound bath sessions, and pop-up classes (where applicable). Start date begins on the date of purchase. Benefits include discounts on select studio events and unlimited guest passes - 1 visit per guest; see our Guest Pass Policy below for complete details.

Starter Pass - 2 Weeks. This discounted pass is exclusively for students new to Crown Yoga. This (2) week pass offers unlimited in-studio and virtual yoga classes, meditation sessions, sound bath sessions, and pop-up classes (where applicable). Begins upon purchase and expires after 14 days.
No refunds—full, prorated, or otherwise are issued. Pass may not be paused. This pass is non-transferable, non-refundable, and may not be shared.
Starter Pass - 1st Month. This discounted pass is exclusively for students new to Crown Yoga. This pass offers unlimited in-studio and virtual yoga classes, meditation sessions, sound bath sessions, and pop-up classes (where applicable). Membership is activated at the time of purchase. Once your initial 30 days are complete, your pass rolls into a regular unlimited, auto-pay monthly membership. Benefits include discounts on select studio events and unlimited guest passes - 1 visit per guest; see our Guest Pass Policy below for complete details.

Rate Changes. We reserve the right to change our rates, fees, and discounts at any time.

MEMBERSHIPS, CLASS PACKS, AND PASSES

PLANS WITH PROMOTIONAL PRICING
If the plan cancelled was purchased with a promotional price, the client forfeits the promotional price and, upon return to the studio, may purchase a membership or pass at full price.
INDIVIDUAL CLASSES
Student-initiated class cancellations and no-shows: Where a class booking is cancelled by the student within the 2-hours to the start of the class; and, where a student books a class, doesn’t cancel the booking, and doesn’t attend the class.
The student is responsible to provide notice of cancellation 2 hours prior to the start of class.
In the event student-initiated late cancels and student no-shows, the student’s account will automatically be charged a $15 fee.
Crown Yoga-initiated class cancellation policy: Where a scheduled class is cancelled or the studio is closed by Crown Yoga management.
The events that may result in class cancellations or studio closures include, and are not limited to:
Inclement weather
Natural disasters or storms
City- or state-wide emergencies requiring closure
Other events beyond the studio’s control
COMMUNICATIONS PROTOCOL
In the event of a class cancellation or studio closure, Crown Yoga management will follow the this communications protocol:
fitDEGREE (app) announcement/push notification: Students with app notifications ON will receive an cancel and closure announcements.
Email: Studio management will email current students opted in to emails with notification of the class cancellation(s) or studio closure.
SMS: Studio management will email current students opted in to SMS/text with notification of the class cancellation(s) or studio closure.
Crown Yoga cannot guarantee that it will announce class cancellations or closures via social media or communications channels beyond what is listed above. Do not rely on social media for last-minutes cancels and closing. It is the responsibility of the student to confirm they are opted in to one (1) or all of the above methods of communications.
EVENT: CANCELLATIONS
Events are defined as workshops, series classes, trainings, and/or other special events outside of the regular weekly class schedule, requiring pre-registration AND prepayment, not included in Crown Yoga plans. See the event cancellation schedule below:
14+ days prior to the event: A full refund is issued back to the card on file.
7-13 days prior to the event: A 100% credit is issued to the registrant’s account for use at a later date.
4 to 6 days prior to event: A 50% credit is issued to the registrant’s account for use at a later date.
3 days prior to the event: No refund or credit is provided.
EVENTS: NO-SHOWS
An event “no-show” is an instance where a registrant has booked and paid for an event and did not show up.
No refund or credit is provided for an event registrant no-show.

Refund Policy
This policy applies to the following memberships, passes, and packs (“plans”): 10-Class, Drop In, Educator, Family, Premier, and Starter.The above plans are not provided refunds, either in full or in part (prorated) due to cancelled, expired, or unused plans.

Events include workshops, series classes, day camps, and other special events hosted at our studio. They are not included in any membership, pack, or pass.
Registration fee. For events, a registration fee is required at the time of sign-up to secure your spot. This fee covers use of the studio space, credit card fees, and operation and administrative costs.
Event fee. The remaining event fee is paid directly to the teacher or facilitator at the door at time of the event, allowing you to support them directly and personally for their unique offerings.
Discounts. Discounts on events, provided as a benefit of membership, will be applied to the full cost of the event, but it will be deducted from the registration fee portion only. This allows the teacher or facilitator to retain the revenue from their offerings. A teacher or facilitator may offer a discount or group rate at their discretion, and they are not required to do so.

At Crown Yoga, we’re delighted to offer guest passes as a benefit for our members to share the joy of yoga with friends and family. Please review the following guidelines and directions to ensure a seamless experience for both members and their guests.
Guest Pass Guidelines
Guest passes are included with most Crown Yoga membership plans. Check your plan to find out if your plan qualifies.
Members with the guest pass benefit receive an unlimited number of passes; however, each guest may use a pass only once.
Guests must be new to the studio, meaning they have not previously attended as a member, drop-in, or guest. (For example, if someone has attended a drop-in class before, they are not eligible to use a guest pass.)
One guest per class.
How to Use the Guest Pass
For Crown Yoga Member Hosts:
Open the fitDEGREE app and navigate to the home page/dashboard.
Scroll down to "Refer a friend to this studio” to find your Referral Code.
Tap the “Share your link” button to send this Referral Code to your guest.
For Guests:
Create an account with Crown Yoga and enter the referral code during sign-up. (Tip: Look for the field labeled “Referral Code” on the registration page.)
Browse the schedule and find the class you plan to attend with your host. Tap Register to proceed to the checkout page.
Select the Drop-In option. Locate the “Promo Code” field at checkout.
Enter GUESTPASS and tap Apply to redeem your guest pass.
Once complete, you will receive an email confirmation of your class registration.
Note that the guest MUST have your referral code for their pass to be valid.
