Studio Policies

MEMBERSHIPS, CLASS PACKS, AND ENROLLMENTS

Starter Pass. This new-student intro offer may be purchased by students new to the studio. This single-use, one month pass provides you access to unlimited classes at Crown Yoga. There is a required minimum commitment of one (1) month. Start date begins on the day of purchase and ends after the one-month commitment. This pass includes guest passes - one visit per guest. No refunds—full, prorated, or otherwise; no exceptions. Passes are non-transferable, non-refundable and may not be shared.

Premier Membership. This monthly unlimited membership offers unlimited yoga classes plus meditation sessions, sound bath sessions, mat Pilates, pop-up classes, and any other regularly scheduled classes in person. Additional benefits include discounts on select studio events and retail. There are no mat rental fees.

Membership may be ended by contacting our admins at hello@crownyoga.co at least 14 business days before the next auto-renewal charge. Cancellations within 14 days will incur a $30 fee. No refunds—full, prorated, or otherwise; no exceptions. Memberships are non-transferable, non-refundable and may not be shared.

Icon Pass. This single-use, one month pass provides you access to unlimited classes at Crown Yoga. There is a required minimum commitment of one (1) month. Class Packs. Class packs of any size may be used for yoga classes, meditation sessions, sound bath sessions, mat Pilates, pop-ups, and any other regularly scheduled classes. No refunds—full, prorated, or otherwise on unused passes upon cancellation or expiration; no exceptions. Passes are non-transferable, non-refundable and may not be shared.

Drop-In Pass. The drop-in pass begins on the date of purchase. If it is not used within the seven (7) days, the pass is forfeited. The drop-in pass non-transferable, non-refundable and may not be shared.

Events. Events include workshops, series classes, or special events not regularly on the schedule. Enrollments may be facilitated by a Crown Yoga teacher or a facilitator outside the studio. Pre-registration is required unless otherwise stated on the event page. Event discounts may be provided for studio-sponsored workshops; if eligible for a discount, students will see the discount automatically applied at checkout. Please see “Enrollment” under Cancellations & Refunds below for details on cancelling an event and refund details.

Guest Passes. Guest passes are available to all students; one guest pass per guest. Guest passes may not be used for events.

PRICING & FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE

Rate Changes. We reserve the right to change our rates, fees, and discounts at any time. 

Financial Assistance. If you need financial support to access Crown Yoga, reach out to hello@crownyoga.co. We are happy to help and make yoga accessible to everyone! 

WAIVERS

Waivers. The purpose the release and waiver (the “Waiver”) is to openly communicate the risks of practicing yoga together in person and to release Crown Yoga of any liability. A waiver must be signed before clients are eligible to practice yoga at the studio.

Membership CANCELLATIONS, Pauses, & REFUNDS

Memberships, Passes, & Packs. Memberships may be ended by contacting our admins at hello@crownyoga.co at least 14 business days before the next auto-renewal charge. Cancellations within this 14-day window will be charged an additional $30. Memberships are non-transferable, non-refundable and may not be shared. Please see membership policies above for specific terms prior to ending membership. Refunds are neither provided nor prorated for cancelled or unused intro offers, memberships, class packs, or drop-in passes. 

Events. An enrollment includes a workshop, series class, and/or special event requiring pre-registration. A full refund is provided for cancellations up to seven (7) days in advance. A 50% refund is provided within three (3) days of the event start date. Cancellations within three (3) days of the event, or no-shows, are not provided refunds. To cancel, please contact Sarah at hello@crownyoga.co. If Crown Yoga cancels a workshop or series, a full credit or refund will be issued.

Student Class Cancellations. Booked classes may be cancelled using the booking app or by logging into the Crown Yoga Schedule page. Any class should be cancelled so later than 90 minutes prior to the start of the class. Late cancellations and no-show students will incur a $30 fee.

Studio Class Cancellations. If one (1) hour prior to the start of any class there are zero (0) bookings for the class, we reserve the right to remove the class from the schedule that day. If cancelled, the class will either be removed from the schedule or be noted on the schedule as “cancelled”. 

If one (1) hour prior to the start of any class there is only one (1) student booked for the class, we reserve the right to remove the class from the schedule that day, depending on student preference. If cancelled, the teacher will reach out to the student to notify them through the booking software.

Pausing. Memberships may not be paused or frozen; no exceptions.


REGISTRATION AND ATTENDANCE

Creating an Account. Clients must create an account to book any class, including complementary classes and guest passes. Best practice is to create an account, book, and pay (if applicable) on our website or in the fitDEGREE app before you arrive for your first class. Creating an account on-site takes 5-10 minutes, so please arrive early if you need assistance with getting set up. We are here to help.

Class Start Time. Classes start on time. To respect the safety, time, and focus of teachers and students, late arrivals will not be admitted after class start time, and the door will be locked.

Devices & Personal Belongings. Please leave all devices and personal belongings in the entryway. Device notification sounds should be turned off or the device placed in airplane mode.

Please do not attend class if you are ill.

ILLNESSES


The studio has two security cameras that are on at all time and in compliance with Washington State laws. These cameras are in place for liability and insurance purposes as well as for the security and safety of the students, teachers, guests, and space itself.
