Studio Policies

All policies are effective as of July 1, 2024.

MEMBERSHIPS, CLASS PACKS, AND ENROLLMENTS

Availability. Memberships, single month plans, drop-in passes, and class packs can be used for all yoga, meditation, and sound bath classes except workshops, series classes, or any other pre-registered courses or events or as otherwise noted.

August Peak Pass. This one-month unlimited membership requires a minimum commitment of one (1) month. Start date is chosen at the time of purchase but no later than five (5) days after purchase. This plan offers unlimited yoga classes plus meditation sessions and any other regularly scheduled classes in person, on live-stream (if offered), or in the on-demand video library. Additional benefits include premier yoga teachers, a large variety of class styles, no contract, and no mat rental fees.

Membership may be ended by contacting our admins at hello@crownyoga.co. No refunds—full, prorated, or otherwise; no exceptions. Memberships are non-transferable, non-refundable and may not be shared. Students on this pass do not receive guest passes.

Classic Membership (intro offer). This plan starts on the date of purchase or as chosen by the student. Classic Membership is discounted for the first month and will auto-renew to the regular monthly rate of $130 until ended by the student.

This membership auto-renews at the full rate of $130/mo. Membership may be ended by contacting our admins at hello@crownyoga.co at least seven (7) business days before the next auto-renewal charge. No refunds—full, prorated, or otherwise; no exceptions. Memberships are non-transferable, non-refundable and may not be shared. Members receive one (1) guest pass per month.

Members may upgrade to the Premier Membership for full membership benefits, including workshop and retail discounts and a total of two (2) guest passes per month and any attendance to sound bath event.

Golden Membership. This is a monthly unlimited classes VIP membership. This plan offers unlimited yoga classes plus meditation sessions, sound bath sessions, mat Pilates, and any other regularly scheduled classes in person. Additional benefits include studio workshop discounts and retail discounts. There are no mat rental fees.

Golden Membership available to new clients and those returning who are not currently on a membership. Monthly rate is honored for 12 months from start date or until membership is cancelled by the client. Clients returning to the studio may then purchase the regular Premier Membership at its regular rate.

Premier Membership. This monthly unlimited membership offers unlimited yoga classes plus meditation sessions, sound bath sessions, mat Pilates, and any other regularly scheduled classes in person. Icon Unlimited. This single month of unlimited classes requires a minimum commitment of one (1) month. Start date is chosen at the time of purchase and ends after the one-month commitment. This plan offers unlimited yoga classes plus meditation sessions, sound bath sessions, mat Pilates, and any other regularly scheduled classes in person. Additional benefits include studio workshop discounts and retail discounts. There are no mat rental fees.

Starlet Mini Membership. This four-class monthly limited membership offers four classes per month, including yoga classes, meditation sessions, sound bath sessions, mat Pilates, and any other regularly scheduled classes in person. Additional benefits include studio workshop discounts and retail discounts. There are no mat rental fees.

This membership auto-renews monthly. Membership may be ended by contacting our admins at hello@crownyoga.co at least 14 business days before the next auto-renewal charge. No refunds—full, prorated, or otherwise; no exceptions. Memberships are non-transferable, non-refundable and may not be shared.

Ten-Class Pack. This pack may be used for yoga classes, meditation sessions, sound bath sessions, mat Pilates, and any other regularly scheduled classes in personAdditional benefits include studio workshop discounts and retail discounts. There are no mat rental fees.

This membership auto-renews for the same commitment (10 classes) upon depletion. Passes expire after 6 months. No refunds—full, prorated, or otherwise on unused passes upon cancellation or expiration; no exceptions. Passes are non-transferable, non-refundable and may not be shared.

Drop-In Pass. The Drop-in pass begins on the date of purchase and is a one-time buy. It is non-transferable, non-refundable and may not be shared. Students registered for a class with the drop-in and no-show will forfeit the pass.

Sound Bath Pass. The Sound Bath is a special event. This pass is purchased for a specific event date. It is non-transferable, non-refundable and may not be shared. Clients registered for a sound bath with this pass and no-show will forfeit the pass.

Founder’s Membership. This plan started on October 8, 2023, or the date of the client’s first class at Crown Yoga. Founder’s Membership is a 2023 presale membership and discounted from the regular membership price. This membership will auto-renew until ended by the client. If the student ends membership and later rejoins the studio, they must choose another membership option.

The Founder’s Membership rate is good for one year and the rate and/or benefits are subject change after one year. Events. Events include workshops, series classes, or special events not regularly on the schedule. Enrollments may be facilitated by a Crown Yoga teacher or a facilitator outside the studio. Pre-registration is required unless otherwise stated on the event page. Event discounts may be provided for studio-sponsored workshops; if eligible for a discount, students will see the discount automatically applied at checkout. Guest passes may not be used for events. PRICING & FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE

Rate Changes. We reserve the right to change our rates, fees, and discounts at any time. 

Financial Assistance. If you need financial support to access Crown Yoga, reach out to hello@crownyoga.co. We are happy to help and make yoga accessible to everyone! 


WAIVERS

Waivers. The purpose the release and waiver (the “Waiver”) is to openly communicate the risks of practicing yoga together in person and to release Crown Yoga of any liability. A waiver must be signed before clients are eligible to practice yoga at the studio.

Membership CANCELLATIONS, Pauses, & REFUNDS

Membership & Packs. Memberships may be ended by contacting our admins at hello@crownyoga.co at least 14 business days before the next auto-renewal charge. Memberships are non-transferable, non-refundable and may not be shared. Please see membership policies above for specific terms prior to ending membership. Refunds are neither provided nor prorated for cancelled or unused memberships, intro offers, class packs, or drop-in passes. 

Events. An enrollment includes a workshop, series class, and/or special event requiring pre-registration. A full refund is provided for cancellations up to seven (7) days in advance. A 50% refund is provided within three (3) days of the event start date. Cancellations within three (3) days of the event, or no-shows, are not provided refunds. To cancel, please contact Sarah at hello@crownyoga.co. If Crown Yoga cancels a workshop or series, a full credit or refund will be issued.

Student Class Cancellations. Booked classes may be cancelled using the booking app or by logging into the Crown Yoga website.

Studio Class Cancellations. If two (2) hours prior to the start of any class there are zero (0) bookings for the class, we reserve the right to remove the class from the schedule that day. If cancelled, the class will either be removed from the schedule or be noted on the schedule as “cancelled”. 

Pausing. Memberships may not be paused; no exceptions.


REGISTRATION AND ATTENDANCE

Creating an Account. Clients must create an account to pay for and attend class. Best practice is to create an account on our website before you arrive for your first class. Creating an account on-site takes 5-10 minutes, so please arrive early if needed. 

Class Start Time. Classes start on time. To respect the safety, time, and focus of teachers and students, late arrivals will not be admitted after class start time. 

Devices & Personal Belongings. Please leave all Devices and personal belongings in the entryway. Device notification sounds should be turned off or the device placed in airplane mode.

Please do not attend class if you are ill.

ILLNESSES


Class minimums and cancellations

Class Cancellations. In general, our classes need a minimum of three students registered tin order for class to be held. Because we are a newer studio and continuously building our membership base, this minimum is what makes sense for us to meet our expenses.

During slower times of the year (December, July, August, and September), we may increase this number.


The studio has two security cameras that are on at all time and in compliance with Washington State laws. These cameras are in place for liability and insurance purposes as well as for the security and safety of the students, teachers, guests, and space itself.
