Space Details

Total Area: ~1285 sq. ft. | Open Studio Floor Space: ~1000 sq. ft

Rates

Deposits: A $50 deposit is required upfront to reserve the space. This amount will be applied to your final payment. Please note, the deposit is non-refundable in case of cancellation.

Primary Studio Hourly Rate: $75 (2-hour minimum) | 8-Hour Rental Rate: $500

Treatment Room Hourly Rate: $45/hour (2-hour minimum is required)

Rental Policies at a Glance

Use of the space is limited to the healing arts.

    • Ages 14+ allowed in. the space; younger youth with permission.

    • No smoking in the building.

    • No drugs or alcohol may be brought onto the premises or in the studio.

    • No shoes of any kind allowed in the studio.

    • No loud music.

  • Shoes should be removed upon entry, and all equipment must moved on the floors with care not to scuff or scratch. Scratching our floors leaves white scuff marks.

  • Flexible

    Guests may cancel their booking until 7 days before the event start time. Guests will not receive their deposit but will receive a full refund of any rental rates paid in advance.

    Guests may cancel their booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund of their rental fee. They will not receive the deposit.

    Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the event start time are not refundable.

  • External catering is allowed. You must remove all the accumulated garbage from the premises upon your departure from the studio.

    No cooking is allowed.

  • You are required to follow the cleaning checklist at the end of your rental, which includes removing any and all catering garbage or other large amounts of garbage or recycling accumulated during your booking.

    We will do the following before your booking:

    Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.

    Supply hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.

    Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms and entrances.

    Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

  • Users of this space must respect the adjoining businesses and both be courteous of noise as well as tolerant of reasonable noise from their businesses.

  • There is a small back room that will not be included in the rental except with special prior arrangement/additional fees.Use of the space is limited to the healing arts.

  • There are two security cameras pointed at the interior door and inside the studio area. These cameras are always on and do not pick up audio.

    Recording devices in bathrooms are prohibited.

  • The back door gives access to a shared hallway where there are private restrooms for our studio. The bathrooms are equipped with locking doors to limit access beyond our studio.
