Our Pause meditation sessions are a safe, quiet space where intention meets wellbeing. When we set clear intentions for our actions, especially in areas like personal growth, self-care, or mental and physical health, and then actively pursue practices that support those intentions, we enhance our overall wellbeing.

This practice is taught by Sarah Espe, RYT, C-ASM. During the this evening meditation, Sarah provides a nurturing environment for students to deepen their meditation practice. Expect a blend of soothing music and guided visualizations to benefit your body, mind, and soul.
