Daily Meditation is a safe, quiet space where mindfulness meets genuine well-being. During the daily meditation, Sarah will provide a nurturing environment for students to deepen their meditation practice. Expect a blend of accessible techniques and expert guidance. Join us to cultivate inner peace, reduce stress, and embark on a journey toward a more balanced, mindful life. Your well-being matters, and we're here to support you every step of the way.

This practice is taught by Sarah Espe, RYT, C-ASM, and is open to current Crown Yoga members only (no drop-ins). Students may use their memberships (incl intro offers) or class packs for any daily meditation sit.
