Sound Bath Experience
During this shared meditative and restorative experience, participants will embark upon a variety of diverse vibrations, tones, and sounds intentionally devoid of a structured melody or beat. This deliberate arrangement allows participants to automatically surrender expectation and experience a profound meditative state. Be prepared to traverse the realms of consciousness, gently drifting in and out of awareness. Sessions may take place at our studio or your location.

The impact on your body during a sound bath can be transformative. You may feel a sense of relaxation, profound calmness, or a rooted connection to the present moment. Your mind may undergo a spectrum of experiences, ranging from crystal-clear clarity to blissful emptiness, or being adorned with a kaleidoscope of colors, images, and shapes. Emotionally, the journey can be just as diverse, eliciting joy, happiness, gratitude, relief, or even moments of introspective sadness or annoyance.
There's no predefined script – each encounter is unique and deeply personal.
It's important to acknowledge that everyone's threshold for this experience is different. If at any point you find the session too intense, loud, or uncomfortable, be empowered to quietly exit the room. Similarly, if you encounter emotions that become overwhelming, there's absolutely no judgment in staying and experiencing those emotions.

Yoga Nidra Experience
Yoga Nidra, often referred to as "yogic sleep," is a deeply relaxing and restorative meditation practice that guides practitioners into a state of conscious relaxation. In this state, the body rests deeply, but the mind remains alert and aware.
Yoga Nidra is typically practiced lying down in a comfortable position, and it involves a guided meditation through various stages to bring about physical, mental, and emotional relaxation. Sessions may take place at our studio or your location.
Minimum Commitment Level: 1 Session (50-minutes)
All Available Commitment Levels: 1 session, 6-session series, or 12-session series
Frequency Option: 1 or 2 times per week

Guided Meditation (in-person or virtual)
Meditation practice fosters a deep sense of calm, peace, and balance, offering profound benefits for both emotional and mental well-being, as well as overall health.
Our meditation sessions provide a nurturing and supportive environment where intention and well-being converge. By setting clear intentions—particularly in areas of personal growth, self-care, or mental and physical health—and engaging in practices that align with those intentions, we cultivate a more balanced and fulfilling life. This option is available virtually over Zoom.
Minimum Commitment Level: 4 sessions, 1 time per week
All Available Commitment Levels: 4 sessions, 6-session-class series, or 3-month series
Frequency Option: 1, 2, or 3 times per week
We recommend a minimum of 1 session, once a week; however, like all meditation practices, the benefits are cumulative. The more one practices, the quicker and better one experiences the benefits.
We offer a single-class sample for those organizations wishing to try a meditation session before making a decision. After that, these sessions are available as a series with a minimum one-month commitment.

This practice is taught by Sarah Espe, RYT, C-ASM. During the this meditation, Sarah provides a nurturing environment for your team to deepen begin or deepen their meditation practice.

Make each session your very own with customizable add-ons for the perfect experience! Some of these are available with an additional fee.

Hands-on adjustments are one of the sweetest elements of a savasana (the pose taken during a sound bath). We will gentle press the shoulders down, pull and swing the legs to readjust and provide tension release, and press on the shins and feet. We may also realign your head and neck.

We provide reflective journaling prompts that help integrate the event experience and allow participants to reflect on and document their experiences. We can also focus on a specific wellness area or subject.

Restorative yoga is a low-impact, gentle, calming style of yoga designed to help the body and mind deeply relax and restore. It focuses on holding passive poses for extended periods, typically supported by props such as blankets, bolsters, blocks, and straps to ensure comfort and relaxation. The goal is to activate the parasympathetic nervous system, which promotes healing, reduces stress, and enhances relaxation

Placing six selenite wands in a circle, the selenite will work with the body’s hemispheric balance to bring both sides into total alignment. In the process, any manifestations of imbalance can be eradicated.
Additionally, with this “vortex”, the selenite pulls the spinal column into alignment and thus increases one’s natural flexibility.
