    At the start of every session, we will assess your current wellness and the areas on which you would like to focus the reiki energy.

  • Targeted

    After cleansing your aura and balancing your chakras, I will focus the reiki energy on the problem area(s) you have identified.

  • Integrative

    I am an intuitive healer, and I use a variety of tools to provide an integrative, holistic healing experience. Tools include palm healing, crystals, aromatherapy, incense and palo santo, 528 hz tuning fork. I may also include sound healing. These tool help to ground you and cleanse and heal your energy.

You’ll then lie comfortably on a table, fully clothed, while I prepare the space with sage, selenite, and palo santo to cleanse and elevate the energy. With your consent, I may lightly place my hands on various parts of your body to detect and address areas of stagnant or deficient energy, focusing on balancing and aligning your chakras. You may experience sensations like tingling, vibrations, or emotional releases, each unique to you. After the session, we'll discuss your experience, and you'll be encouraged to drink water and consider a salt bath to aid in detoxification.
