Step into this stunning Greenwood studio for an evening of deep relaxation, healing, rejuvenation, and connection with Crown Yoga's Sarah Espe, whose sound baths have been featured in The Seattle Times and Seattle Refined.

 Nourish is a transformative self-care experience that engages your senses to ground you into the present moment, calm your nervous system, and feed your soul. 

No experience is necessary for this event. This event is 21+.

About Your Facilitator

Sarah Espe, C-ASM, RYT

Sarah is a yoga and meditation teacher and sound healer. She earned her yoga teacher certification from Seattle’s 8 Limbs Yoga Centers and trained with world-renowned sound therapist Sara Auster earning her C-ASM designation. Sarah’s sound baths have been featured in The Seattle Times and reviewed by Abby Leschei (IG reel) of KOMO’s Seattle Refined. Sarah has been practicing yoga and meditation since 2004 and is the owner of Crown Yoga in Renton, Washington.

Sarah is a mom to two girls (8 and 10). Her neurodiverse household resides in Fairwood and also includes three cats, two hamsters, one dog, and a partridge in a pear tree.
